During my PhD, I worked on the evolution of eusociality, the emergence and evolution of division of labour, and the evolution of ageing in social organisms. I am now an EMBO postdoctoral fellow in the Cornwallis and Feiner-Uller groups at Lund University. My aim is to understand how mechanisms that regulate development and behaviour have facilitated or hindered the evolution of cooperation and complex social life.
